    We had a wonderful vacation here.

    The Condo is awesome and clean.  We slept every night with the patio door open.  The waves will put you to sleep - although you might want to atay aake just to listen to them.  The sunrises and sunsets - you will never forget.  They're great!  We loved every moment.John & Georgia

    What a blast we had!

    Sunshine and cool ocean water.  Had a great vacation with family.  We loved our condo.  Felt right at home.  Didn't miss a sune rise or sun set all week.  So sad we have to leave and head back to East Tennessee.David, Maria, Daniel & Gerald

    Excellent Relaxing Condo

    The property was very organized, and planned all the details with complete explanations.  The Condo was very scenic and well maintained.  The Unit offered complete kitchen appliances.  The Unit also offered underground garage parking, and a complete secutiry system.  The pool and hot utb are very well maintained.  The Property Owners are a pleasure to work with.  I would highly recommend it.Ron & Joanne

    Great condo

    The condo was great, exactly like the pictures. The beds sleep so good. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need plus. The furniture was very comfortable. We loved the parking garage, very secure and a reserved spot. The location is great, within walking distance to restaurants, grocery and shopping. Ruth was so easy to work with, sent us everything we needed before we left home. Easiest check in and out. We will definitely stay here again.Brena H

    Wonderful property

    This was our third time staying here. As always, clean, well supplied with all we needed especially in the kitchen. Can pretty much cook anything we wanted. Most places don't have as many dishes, pots and pans etc. to use. We always cook a lot when there.

    The condo was very spacious and unit was supplied with all interior amenities needed!

    Awesome view!!

    We had a great stay. The condo was clean when we arrived. The pictures were accurate as well. The balcony was beach front with a view of the Port Orange Bridge as well. We would defiantly stay here again. The property was family friendly with a pool to accommodate the number of rooms. It was also nice to have extra parking since our group came in 2 cars.Jamie G

    Wonderful view and loved the proximity to the beach!

    Our unit was very clean and comfortable. Great view from the deck but it was super windy so we couldn’t eat out there as often as we wished. The decor was pretty dated but that didn’t effect our pleasure. Thanks for letting us use your condo for our fall trip!Ken M

    Fantastic View

    The condo is pretty much as described in the pictures. The view is great as it is a corner unit so you are oceanfront with great views of the Halifax river. The condo has a larger than normal size balcony, which is nice. The complex was quiet when we were there in Jan.

    The Wi-Fi worked well while we were there.

    Gorgeous views!

    Great condo with gorgeous views of the ocean. Everything was very clean and well organized. The owners and property manager were very pleasant and handled all the arrangements very efficiently. We had beautiful weather which made the time even more enjoyable.

    A wonderful space to relax in!

    We very much enjoyed our recent stay at this oceanfront condo on the 10th floor. Overall, it was very home-like and welcoming. The king-size master bed was very comfortable, and the condo was very clean and well supplied with plenty of towels, even including beach towels! There was plenty of kitchen utensils and dinnerware/glassware, and even available small appliances including a toaster, mixer, blender and crockpot. Although I didn't spend a lot of time cooking, I easily prepared omelets and a breakfast casserole. There was plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors on the balcony. In short, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we hated to leave. We hope to rent this condo again next year!!Susan L

    Great place to enjoy the beach

    We really enjoyed this condo. The kitchen had all the accessories we needed. We particularly appreciated the security aspects. Several years ago we were burglarized in a condo while we were asleep at a complex that did not have any security features. Everything was clean and neat. I would definitely recommend staying at this location.Guests

    Outstanding Views

    Unit was located on the 10th floor, and you had an outstanding view of the Atlantic Ocean, as well as the Halifax River on the other side. Unit was very clean, and was stacked with several items that you would not expect. Each bedroom included a TV with DVD/VCR, which is great if you have kids. Property was nice, and parking was provided in an underground parking garage so you didn't have a foot of sand on your vehicle each day. Pool was nice, although a bit cool our last day. I would highly recommend this unit, and plan to stay here again in the future.ninnykid

    The condo was exactly as shown. The view was great. Everything was explained up front.

    I enjoyed the condo unit and the couple that I rented from was very informative. It was exactly as described. The information I received explained everything to me and it went very smooth. I received everything as explained to me. The directions for everything went very smoothly.
